The deep relaxation practices will help you to relieve stress and anxiety and help you to have a restful sleep. Your yoga practice will boost your energy and keep your body supple without straining. The breathing and visualization practices will help you to bond with your unborn baby. Yoga will support you to feel at ease with your emotions and at ease in your body. Also it will help you to relieve minor ailments during pregnancy such as swollen joints, heartburn and constipation. You will also benefit at childbirth from the conscious use of your breath that will help you to manage pain and anxiety during contractions. The healing rest practices (Yoga nidra) will nurture you body, mind, heart and spirit throughout your pregnancy.
