Perfect Harmony

I am breathing in the Perfect Harmony of the Universe.The perfect harmony..where i can trust myself and trust all the goodness in the people who surround me. I am willing to see myself in the Perfect Light,where i am who i am, where my perfect nature shines and brings light to all who are ready to see the Truth.

The Temple of My Body

I am entering my Inner Temple...The Temple of the Goddess Within.. The Temple of My Own Body. My steps are slowing down as i am preparing my Spirit to receive this profound truth into my heart..The truth that is only present for me when I enter this special place inside..where I know I am loved, I am wanted..where I know that i am a special gift to myself, a spark of Divine Creation. This beautiful place inside of me is offering me the space to rest my sometimes trembling and tearful heart and to find the comfort and nurturing that makes me feel truly safe.

I can stop 'doing' now..no need for doing any more ..so let's just take an easy breath to allow myself to feel into my presence. I can start to let my invisible burden melt into nothing. It has made my heart heavy for long enough.I can start living now as I am merging deep into my core. I know now that i am perfect and everything and everyone is perfect in their own perfect imperfection. All and every event in my life has served my best good and made me stronger than ever. All that i am is whole the way it is.

As new petals of life are unfolding day by day under my skin, they are flowering into rich abundance and lifting me higher. My feet are carrying my delicate body as i am deeply walking on this precious Earth.

Today i am thankful for all who ever taught me to listen through this silence.. Silence that speaks more than words. My vulnerability becomes my greatest strength. I am held in peace in the arms of the Universe.. stretching my toes towards greater heights as i am unlocking my heart to feel. May this peace breath me in,may this peace breath me through,may this peace hold me, hold me close.

Universe where i know we are held in safety and nurturing comfort. I trust the process of my labour. I trust that my baby is arriving into this world happily and smoothly.

I trust my inner power that will carry me though the challenges of my pregnancy and my labour.

The perfect harmony..where i can trust myself..where i choose to listen to my inner voice and let that guide me though the peaks and valleys of my labour.

I trust the process of my labour and allow myself to be held in the loving arms of the Universe.
